Our farming philosophy is based on harvesting sunlight to create the best perennial grasslands possible. This, in turn, gives us the best possible dinner plate to raise slow-maturing, flavourful and healthy Rare Breeds of beef and lamb, and Pastured Poultry. We finish all of our animals on grasses and herbs, the plant choices ruminant animals, in nature, make for their own health .
No hormones, growth enhancers or preservatives are used by us. Our farming methods are innovative, sustainable, environmentally responsible, animal friendly and healthful. You will find worthwhile product differentiation with our foods – in the cut, size, colour, and flavour experience.
